Kate+Co are looking to recruit out bound Customer Service Representatives to work within the Warwickshire area.

Outbound Customer Service Representatives required for a busy call centre in Stratford-upon-Avon.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in cold calling the general public in order to sell and cross sell products and services.

Duties

• Prospecting and seeking new leads for our existing sales team
• dealing with new enquiries
• Providing telephone support to existing customers
• Making outbound calls to close orders with prospect customers
• Promoting products and services within the media industry
• Working from an existing database

This is an on going temporary assignment.

Working 37.5 hours per week
Between the hours of 7am and 9pm Monday to Saturday -5 days per week.

Kate+Co are looking to recruit 1st Line Support to work within the Warwickshire area.


This is a contractual assignment for 6 months.

The role is split between Stratford upon Avon and Warwick so own transport is essential.


My client is a UK leading software vendor. They require a further 1st Line Helpdesk Support to man a very busy helpdesk. The 1st Line Helpdesk Support will be working in a small team, providing helpdesk support to a range of clients.

The 1st Line Helpdesk Support will be providing over the phone and e-mail 1st Line support and come from a Software Helpdesk background. The 1st Line Helpdesk Support will have experience of Windows Software Applications and have solid SQL Server experience.
